Participation
Affiliate participation requires application, approval, accurate account information, acceptance of the current affiliate terms, and compliance with applicable advertising and disclosure requirements.
Attribution and Commissions
Clicks alone do not earn a commission. Qualification, attribution window, commission amount, hold period, reversals, and payout eligibility are determined by the rules displayed in the affiliate portal for the applicable campaign.
Prohibited Conduct
Self-referrals, fraud, spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading claims, trademark misuse, impersonation, unauthorized paid advertising, and attempts to manipulate attribution or payouts are prohibited.
Payouts and Tax
Eligible payouts require administrator approval and a supported payout account. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting and professional advice. Suspicious or disputed activity may be held for review.
Pending professional legal review. These operational website policies are not represented as attorney-approved and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being relied upon.
