ServiceTooly uses operational backups and integrity controls intended to support service recovery. Backup frequency, retention, encryption, location, and availability may vary by system and plan.
Customer Responsibility
Backups are not a substitute for customer exports, record review, or independent retention obligations. Customers should keep copies of information they are legally or operationally required to retain.
Limitations
No backup method guarantees recovery of every record or every point in time. Passwords, payment-card data, private keys, and provider secrets are not represented as customer-restorable records.
