Feature-specific ServiceTooly wireframe for Work without map and route services
This wireframe is generated from the feature names and steps in this guide, so it stays aligned with the instructions even when labels vary by role or plan.

What this section includes

  • Manual address entry
  • Manual territory selection
  • Manual dispatch planning
  • No external map data sharing
  • Location access limited by company permissions

Start-to-finish instructions

  1. Enter the complete address

Type the street, city, state, and ZIP directly. Address suggestions are intentionally unavailable.

  2. Confirm service coverage

Choose the applicable state, county, or saved service area manually.

  3. Plan the schedule

Use known drive times and operational judgment; ServiceTooly does not currently calculate travel time.

  4. Order stops manually

Review the dispatch board and choose the visit order. Route optimization is not active.

  5. Report a location problem

Record the entered address and workflow step without including private customer information in a public support request.

What success looks like

  • Addresses save without an external geocoding request.
  • No travel-time or route-optimization result is presented as calculated.

Common problems

  • Do not assume a typed address was validated by a map provider.
  • A future provider will remain unavailable until pricing, API limits, and a legally reviewed data policy are approved.
  • Temporary route and travel-time results are not retained; continuous technician tracking is off by default.
