Provider Account
A service business that creates an account or claims a listing represents that it is authorized to act for that business and will keep company, service-area, contact, licensing, pricing, and availability information accurate.
Customer Work
The provider, not ServiceTooly, is responsible for quotes, contracts, work quality, safety, permits, taxes, warranties, refunds, and communications with its customers.
Platform Use
Providers must protect account access, honor customer choices, use messaging and payment tools lawfully, and comply with the Terms, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Directory and Marketplace Policy.
